Fierce fit' and naturi's comeback!

I'm so glad the third little lady (Naturi Naughton formerly of the RnB pop group 3LW) made a comeback...And isn't being pigeon-holed into begin a tween movie queen like her trifling ex-band mate...Who kicked her out because 1. she wasn't fitting in(???) and two she wouldn't sleep with some producer (uber ewwww). Overall, it turned out for the best cause shes back and better then ever getting roles in Notorious and the remake of FAME (one of my favorite 80's movies...so IDK how I feel about that)but from the buss it may be great! I'm excited to watch her career blossom and her bounce back! Did I mention this outfit was FIERCE!!! 3 snaps guuurl!

The good news and the bad news!

The good news is WHITNEY"S BACK!! With vengeance! I love this song so much. I remember when Mediatakeout.com debut it...I must have played it like a thousand times! But they were ripping it apart talking about "it sounds like a bad disco song." However, I beg to differ there isn't such a thing as bad disco...Haters! Alicia "Smut" Keyes wrote this song... (Sorry Alicia fans but any women that sings about family and togetherness shouldn't be sucha home-wrecker herself!) NEWHO here's the song...So cute!!



And Bobbi Kristina may have just inherited her uber talented parents genes after all!!



In closing I feel Whitney did the damn thang and took us to church a lil' bit! I love whit! I hope her CD does phenomenal!

Now for the bad news...I was watching this video and felt a painful tinge of truth...What we as a people need to do and start instilling in our children is to reverse these disgusting trends and teaching ourselves to recognize the truth!

And speaking on the subject of hair... I've got slight updates on my own!!! I just finished a retighten a few days ago and boy can I say It was not a moment too soon. I had a bout and inch and a half new growth and it felt like forever to finish... but having brought some locks together doesn't hurt. It defiantly helps the progression of the project. I love my locks and I now this is weird but I literally feel bad for those who don't have locks in their life. I think its the mixture of self-loathing that comes with altering ones hair and the simplicity of my mornings while doing my hair. I just love locks so much I think their beautiful but i guess I'd rather everyone didn't have them cause then they'd become some sort of fad like the Afro. OH NO SHE Didn't...its true it might just... Newho I'm gonna leave y'all with this wonderful vid I made. Mind you I only highlighted a section of my hair after I thought to show my hair stylings. I love my hair and am blessed to have been enlightened eough to make the descon to switch it up!
